I am continuing on LT until Monday when I will start refeed 3 weeks eearly a few personal reasons and money issues means I can't continue,
BUT I am not falling off the bandwagon, I'm going to continue with atkins induction plan after so to stay in ketosis.
i will be 9 stone!!!!

Good luck, you have had excellent results so far. I am sure that you will lose that last little bit of weight during refeed.x
