mine says i can have 2200 calories to maintain this weight. and at my goal weight of 174lbs i can have 1900 calories! that can't be correct!! lol.

I need 2100 to stay the same as now and 1900 at goal!, about right I would say as a woman should have around 2000cal a day right?

You should consume about 1350 calories a day to reach your goal weight of 140 lbs.

This is at a reasonable weight loss average of 1.5 lbs per week, which should be reached by August 15, 2009.

Yes it must be as the smaller you are the less calories you need to consume to sts. Mine was the same. Thinner people obviously eat less lol
