Hi there, I am currently doing a mix of SS and SS+. I want some clarification as to whether "ole del paso spice mix for original smoky bbq" would effect my ketosis state? I would only be sprinkling about a tablespoon of it on my Quorn pieces.

I have included the nutritional information below and I'd really appreciate your help as if I can use this then this diet is going to be a breeze! I wish eh?

Oh and thank you in advance to anyone that can help x.

Per 1/8 of a pack enough for one fajita.

Energy 56kj/13kcal
Protein 0.3g
Carbohydrates 2.6g
of which sugars 2.2g
Fat 0.1g
of which saturates 0.0g
Fibre 0.1g
Sodium 0.32g
Salt Equivalent 0.8g

Ingredients
Sugar
Dehydrated vegetables (onion, garlic hydrolysed soy protein)
salt
flavourings
yeast extract
spices (black pepper, cayenne pepper, ginger) (5.5%)
acidity regulator (sodium acetate, citric acid)
colour (caramelised)

Hi as the main ingredient is sugar it will effect the ketosis, the reason ketosis works is because you're burning fat instead of sugar as soon as you put sugar in your diet it will stall the ketosis.

Hope this is helpful.

it also has citric acid in it too and there's prob too much salt.
