Calling all you experienced SW members - Cottage Cheese for Hex A

Am I allowed to have cottage cheese low fat cheese and chive as a healthy extra A. Can't see it on the SW website? If not any idea why?

You can have it free if you put it in the syn calculator, it should say if it's free or low syns. Cottage cheese isn't a hex as far as I know. I buy virtually fat free Langley farm one from Morriosons.just re read your thread ,I missed the cheese bit, you'll have to find out the syn value of that particular make?

Should be fee but check. It should be virtually fat free's that are free.
