Calorie counting and healthy eating

Hi all,

So grateful of any feedback on my calories/food/activity.

Tried sw but its not worked for me and I miss my protein shakes. I'm vegetarian and go to the gym every morning before work. I alternative between cardio and powerplate/weights and do 45 mins to an hour.

Plan today

B - fromage frais with banana (250)
S - protein bar (230)
L - veg and cottage cheese then fromage frais for pudding (350)
S - protein bar ( 230)
D - yet to be decided

Today

B - whey shake with skimmed milk (250)
S - protein bar (230)
L - carrot and suede mash with cottage cheese (200)
S - fromage frais with grapefruit (200)
D - tbc ill probably make some soup
