Hello all so a brief introduction my name is Tamara I've been on here for a while but over on the dukan forum I dropped from 14st11 to 10st5 following that plan and I loved the strictness of it all but then last year after coming off it I started calorie counting and dropped to 8st12 unfortunately I wasn't eating enough calories to maintain that weight and had a few silly health problems from it :/ and after a bit of bad news at Christmas I slowly put the weight back on last week I was 10st4lbs that's when I decided enough was enough and I have lost 3lbs since then but I decided Dukan wasn't for me anymore and I want to give calorie counting a go but this time making sure I hit my 1500 calorie a day goal estimated by mfp, I'm off to Tenerife in 11 weeks time and if I lose 2lbs a week by then I can be at my goal weight of 8st7lbs for the holidays so fingers crossed
