Calorie counting or slimming world

I have had to put SW out of my head - can't think about them both at the same time. Muller Lights are fine on SW but are very high in cals for calorie counting - I try to keep yogurts below 60.
I do have a theory about SW that it works better if you are quite overweight as you need more cals then but as you get thinner I think the portions can be too large - this is only my thinking as I am another one who could easily eat 2000 cals a day on SW with all the free stuff like Mullers and fruit and as much pasta, rice and jackets as you want.
