so im not new to calorie counting..ive been doing it off and on for years and recently after reaching a goal id set doing lipotrim have been using cc'ing to lose a bit more/maintain.
ive missed using minimins and also think its holding me accountable which is what i seem to need to stop me being stupid on a daily basis so back using myfitnesspal and back using minimins
feel free to comment if you think i need it or a good kick up the jacksie, if i need it, and hope to get to goal and maintain
