    so tomorrow I'm starting calorie counting to lose the Reminder of the weight I'd gained and get to the weight I'd ideally like to be ....

    so im not new to calorie counting..ive been doing it off and on for years and recently after reaching a goal id set doing lipotrim have been using cc'ing to lose a bit more/maintain.

    ive missed using minimins and also think its holding me accountable which is what i seem to need to stop me being stupid on a daily basis so back using myfitnesspal and back using minimins

    feel free to comment if you think i need it or a good kick up the jacksie, if i need it, and hope to get to goal and maintain :)

    i wont be listing my foods on here, thats on myfitnesspal which is accessible through my username harriet121121
