Calorie counting???

How many of you count your calorie intake as well as having a low fat diet? and how many calories on average do your consume in a day?
I have counted calories from day one and try not to go higher than 1,500 a day, a good day is when I manage to stay below 1,300.
I am interested to hear if there are peeps out there who just watch the fat content and don't count calories and still lose weight.

I dont count them, its bad enough watching the fat lol. If you eat 3 meals a day and snack on fruit and your meals are healthly you wont got over the calories i would of though to be honest.
