well i have just gone through my cupboards and have written down every thing and their calories for a fresh start tomorrow wow never relised how much i must of eaten before. has any one ever done the same and had the same shock as me please feel free to comment.
I used to drink a few large glasses of ribena a day and when I started calorie counting I was stunned at how much was in it, I knew it was sugary but I just didn't realise how many extra calories I was drinking my way through!
