calories and syns

I have started to exercise more nd wondered if anyone knew how many cals you would have to burn to burn of 1 syn!!!! Thanks in advance!

Syns are calculated not just via calories but also by density of the food per calories in it and carbs, protein, fat etc.

So there isn't a formula for working out how many calories equals one syn, therefore how many calories you need to burn to burn up a syn.
