i have sent it away for a battery etc. twice since i bought it. but i always used it.
there were some polar ones for around £200.
i was going to post something else but forgot what it was....
good night. i so need my bed now.
i know what it was.... i don't know if i'm doing zumba tomorrow night or not. otherwise it'll be tuesday. so i'll try to remember to hunt my watch out and do the old HR thing and find out exactly how many cals i burn. prob turn out to be 135 cals lol would be just my luck.

dead easy. easy instructions, or they used to be. you can even do a fitness test on mine where it monitors your resting HR.
