what is the lowest amount of calories i can survive on and loose loads of weight within 12 weeks?
The site I use to log my calories recommends not going under 1200 calories a day. But if you're bigger you can eat a lot more. Go to Free Calorie Counter, Diet & Exercise Journal | MyFitnessPal.com and put in your weight and height and goal weight and stuff and it will work out how many calories you should eat to get to that goal
Thanks i was wondering if i eat 80 kcals wud that be silly or cud i live on that for 12 weeks?
