Calories in TGI Friday's?

I'm out with friends tonight and they've thrown a last minute idea of going to TGI's...eek!

Has anyone got an idea of what's best to go for? I hate eating out while trying to CC at the best of times, and TGI's just sounds like it's calorie-laden! Everything sounds so rich.

any food place you can search for there website and they should have a cal counting guide on there so you can look at the best choices and plan. thats what ive done for taco bell ect and lets just say now that i know i have no interest in going there lol

Oh no! Rubbish no exact cals from TGI's out there although on their website they do provide a very good alergy and dietary section

Lol, I'd tried their website, but they say they're "currently analysing their menu" or something along those lines! I hate when they don't tell you the calorie count. Frankie and Benny's is the same.

We're going out for Italian now, I swear, my friends are THE most indecisive people on the planet!
