Cambridge & W8

started back on cambridge this week and doing great,

my friend had been doing the W8 diet with great sucess and has given me her left over packs,

have searched the net and both diets seem the same so my question is can i use the cambridge & W8(say 3 packs cambridge a day and one W8)

any thoughts?
