:wave_cry:I have been on cambridge diet now fo about 14 weeks and i have started to get really sick of the shakes and soups, i dont mind the porridge but i needed a change, so i asked my cdc if i could change one of my shakes for a bar every day, so basicaly i would be having 2 packets and a bar and one meal every day but she thinks a bar every day would be too much ,
does any one agree with this,???
she also said it may slow my weight loss down. ???
