:wave_cry:I have been on cambridge diet now fo about 14 weeks and i have started to get really sick of the shakes and soups, i dont mind the porridge but i needed a change, so i asked my cdc if i could change one of my shakes for a bar every day, so basicaly i would be having 2 packets and a bar and one meal every day but she thinks a bar every day would be too much ,
does any one agree with this,???
she also said it may slow my weight loss down. ???

I have one bar a day ... I lose a stone a month...so i'd hardly call that slowing weight loss down lol

Maybe your CDC is being over cautious?? who knows

Try a bar a day for a week and see ;)

yeah try one a day...if it will help you. as far as I was aware the only advice once your past first 2 weeks is to just have one day. I look forward to mine so much and they havent affected my weight loss i dont think. They do make me feel less 'ketotic' as in less bad breath etc but this hasnt affected my appetite so its all good!!

I still have one a day and for a good few weeks on SS I had 2 a day with no noticeable negative effects. I know it does slow some people down but everyone's different and it may work for you

Thanks every one for your advice, i am going to try it for a week and see how i go, i just cant take another soup lol, i didnt mind them at first but after 14 weeks they really are starting to knock me sick,
the shakes are starting to have the same affect.
but since trying the bars i feel miles better.
