Dear Diary... 
So, the stats..21..*cough cough 26*, 5ft6, a laaaady (some may disagree..especially after one to many shandys!) and currently 11stone and possessing an hourglass figure. When i say hour glass, what i mean is a cross between a russian doll and a weeble
My biggest (quite literally) problem is my bottom half! My legs seem to be the shape of a chicken drumstick...attractive i know
i feel like i am two halves of the same person..my top half i am happy with..the bottom..major issue!! *beep beep* wide load!
THIS IS GOING TO CHANGE
I think quite possibly i have done every diet known to man..even the strange concept of healthy eating and exercising
but my little friend Mr Will Power seems to abandon me when results don't come quick enough or a galaxy caramel gives me the eye and jumps into my mouth!!
NOT THIS TIME!
i have previously done the cambridge diet before and it was fantastic, i felt brilliant..like a happy, carefree woman you may see skipping merrily through a corn field in a Lenor advert
Unfortunately my longterm relationship with Mr Cadbury started up again and i also didn't come off the plan correctly! But...this time i am exactly where i wish to be mentally, i WILL stick to it, i WILL follow the steps and i WILL follow a healthy diet and lifestyle!
i want to be happy when i look in the mirror and get that confidence back that i regain when i am slimmer and healthier! I want to remind people i do actually own two legs..as they haven't been sighted since the age of 9 when i was more than likely forced into a dress!!
and i want to wear the clothes i love without feeling that i look like a giant sausage wrapped in cling film
annnnnd i waaaant to wear a bikini on the beach without the fear Greenpeace will be called with reports of a stranded whale!!
So..week one is done and blimin well dusted!! This is my week two, my weigh in day is Friday and i am hoping i have lost a couple of pounds..and not from a hole in my purse!!
