    Hey there,

    I just found this site whilst browsing and thought I'd check it out for a while and see how it goes, I'm just at the beginning of losing a lot of weight, something I should have done a long time ago, so hopefully I can pick up some useful tips from here!

    Congratulations on the weight lost far, I have a long journey too. It's the best decision I have ever made to lose weight and the hardest part was starting the diet! Good luck with the rest of your journey!

    Yes it's a long journey but hopefully it will be worth it :)

    Well, I tried Atkins a few years ago but it really didn't work so I gave up and got bigger. This time I'm just working on cutting out crap and focusing on eating less calories per day and slowly building up the amount of exercise I do.
