The cream of mushroom is 16, cream of tomato 22.5.
The low fat versions are 13.5 for the tomato or 7 for the mushroom.

Try using sauce flour @ 4 syns for 25g. Make a low syn sauce with mushrooms, garlic, seasoning, onions and tarragon and use up the roast chicken from the weekend roast. Mix sauce flour with 150ml semi-skimmed milk and 150ml water with ground black pepper, stir in and allow to thicken. Not a bad substitute for the can of condensed soup.
