    can anyone tell me how many syns are in

    campbells condensed soups for the cream of mushroom and the cream of tomato both are the 295 gram tin

    Hiya,
    The cream of mushroom is 16, cream of tomato 22.5.
    The low fat versions are 13.5 for the tomato or 7 for the mushroom.

    Try using sauce flour @ 4 syns for 25g. Make a low syn sauce with mushrooms, garlic, seasoning, onions and tarragon and use up the roast chicken from the weekend roast. Mix sauce flour with 150ml semi-skimmed milk and 150ml water with ground black pepper, stir in and allow to thicken. Not a bad substitute for the can of condensed soup.
