Hello, have just come back to SW after realising that I can not do this alone, I've previously done EE on the odd day/week and have had great success with it but decided to stay to the new joiners talk when I went back to my old group this week and we have been encouraged to do EE for a full 3 - 4 weeks. I've always been a bit of a green girl and sometimes eating fish or meat jst feels like I'm doing it for the pure sake of it, below is today's menu, I've kept with the 1 hea and b rule and 1/3 superfree so surely this should still count as an EE day?? Help, I need to get it right this time!!
Breakfast
spaghetti on wholemeal toast. 2 satsumas
Snack
Muller light, satsuma
Lunch
homemade potato and chive soup (free) with side salad of leaves, veg and few mixed beans
Snack
carrot and celery sticks
Dinner
jacket potato with massive portion of ratatouille (courgette, aubergeine, tomatoes, pepper, onion)
