Can anyone clarify this please? Chicken

Hi all,

I asked for the syn values on the syn forum for Tesco 200g Chilli and Mango Mini Chicken and I gave the following nutritional info

Cals 130kcal
Protein 27.1g
Carbs 3.7g
Fat 0.7g
Portion size 200g

A very helpful memeber did the calculation for me and said it was 6.5 syns on all plans but if i put it through as poultry it was obviously free.

We are both now really confused, as does it mean that the chilli and mango covering is 6.5 syns but the actual chicken is free?

Can anyone please help us with this one?

the syn value for this product is apparently free lol i put down the chicken as free food on a red day and the info uve given says its still a free food too so dont no if that helps or not lol

ooo thanks everyone, what a relief! If i had spent 6.5 syns on chicken i would have been gutted!

It was lovely, I had it with a salad and it really was delicious. They are on two for £5 in Tesco at the mo.
