Hi all im new to this site so please bare with me. just started back on SW and have a load of weight to lose (I will get there:sigh could anyone possibly tell me how many syns are in an Asda 30% less fat mediterrenean style veg quiche? not going to the classes, trying to do this on my own as impossible to get to classes with my children and my husband works away.

go by calories 1 syn/20 calories for items like quiche with no free food
