Hi all, I have just read your post. I get my sausages from Oswaldtwistle Mills Butchery Dept. They do quite a lot of products with the slimming world approval. If you search the net you will see where they are.

SW actually stopped accrediting butchers like this back in summer 2011. So it depends if you trust the butcher not to have changed the recipe whether you want to continue counting them as syn free.

I just had 3 of the tesco light choices cumberland sausages for my tea and thought they were very nice for low fat ones.

I can't believe they are only 1 syn each!! Surely I couldn't eat 15 of them per day and lose weight??

Eat Smart Thick Pork Sausages, 60% Less Fat, 8 pack, chilled, 57g each- these are definately 0.5 syns each on the website...they are lovely and I use them for my homemade scotch eggs
