can anyone tell me how many cals in egg whites?

i looked on the internet and it said 32 cals for 2 egg whites?
does it sound about right?

I count 60 calories per medium egg, which would be 120 for two... I would say that 32 for the whites sounds about right, they say that the yolk is most of the calories...

My online diet service says 10 cals per egg white, and my Thorson's Calorie Counter says 15 cals each... I guess it can depend on the size of the egg, I tend to count either 10 or 15 depending on how strict I'm feeling!

i saw it was 104cals for two egg whites..i guess every site is different lol

wow, what a big difference between sites though, i found something on a mens health forum (i know i am a woman but i searched for cals in egg whites and it came up so i clicked lol) and around 5 people on there have said 17 cals per egg white so i think i may stick to that.

all the sites I have seen say 17 calories for an egg white (104 would be for 2 full eggs I think).
