if cos i missed my breakfast (im on 1000) which was going to be boiled egg with a slice of grananry toast, i can boil the egg and have it with my salad and chicken at tea time i had the toast with my soup at lunch and wa wondering if i should just miss the egg or will it be too much eating it with chicken and salad?

I would have your lunch and have the egg and stuff somewhere as thats whats on the plan.... obviously it won't be toooooo awful if you miss it because you still have your CD packs but I'd try and fit all the food in to get your body used to the food. Maybe you could have it as a snack later on? :)

thanks i just didnt want to have too big a meal at tea time, as the meal seems huuge now lol, i have chicken cauliflower new potates and salad leaves already so i was just worried about putting a boiled egg on it too lol,

Can you have it as a snack? I know when I did the 1,000 I really struggled as there seemed so much and I tried to eat it when I had time (which was generally 1:00am:eek:)

I used to sit looking at it thinking 'how on earth am I going to get all this down!'

The food allowed was different then though, but I don't think it matters when you eat it.

Funny you know, cos I don't have any difficulty with 1,000 now:confused:

lol thanks everyone, i had the toast with my soup just now and i will have my egg with my salad later, and i just know hubby will say `your having a egg as well ` lol as every evening he says thats an awful lot lmao,
i only lost a 1lb and a half this week but i know i have stuck to what im allowed so im not too worried, and im doing 1000 again this week and i will move upto 1200 next week if i lose 2lb or more,
