can anyone work out the syns for my flan base please???? pretty please???

It seems t be a bit of a random manufacturer, so if anyone has access to the website and can do the calculator thingy that would be fabalous???? thankyou in advance? x x x

Energy 1363/322kcal
Protein 6.7g
Carbohydrate 62.8g
Fat 4.9g

For things like this you can use the 1 syn for 20 calories guide so it would be about 16 syns for 100g I reckon

I made a jaffa cake today and a medium flan from Sainsburys was 17.5syns, it was just over 100g too (105g or 110g I cant remember). Hope yours turned out well Tracie

mine was a disaster!!!!!! 1st i bought a normal jelly and it soaked right into the flan base, so i then bought a quick setting jelly but could only get strawberry, so used that then, melted chocolate to pour over the top anbd it just melted the jelly again and turned into a lumpy pile of brown.... was not good
