Hi,
I was wondering if I could join a team please. I have been following ww since 22/11/08 and have currently lost 14.5 pounds. I am half apound away from being back at my pre xmas weight . I had lost 15 pounds before xmas then gained 6.5 over festive. but loss 3.5 last week and loss 2.5 week before. I am determined to get this weight off and think being in a team will help me. Any thanks Anna x

yes sarah is already a Scale Hopper..
can i just add, for those of you wanting to join a team.. although it is just a bit of fun, by joining a team you need to be able to commit to logging on at least once a week to let us know your WI result. no pressure! LOL
