Can I carry my syns over to next day?

In a word no.

The policy is use it or lose it

However there are people who have, myself included, used weekly syns. You have 105 to use across the week and you deduct from that total so essentially it achieves the same thing. It was ok for me but I wouldn't do it all the time.

It's not recommended officially but I know that some consultants use the concept to help those who maybe work funny shifts and don't keep a usual timetable.

We were always told at class that yes you could save up your syns. You're given 105 a week and as and when you use them during that week is up to you.

I suppose different SW consultants may disagree on this, but ours seemed to think it was OK. It didn't seem to affect my weight loss at the time - I quite regularly saved them up for the weekends.

Yes you can, your allowed a maximum of 15 syn's a day which equates to 105 syns a week alot of people in group save up there syns so they can have a takeaway or a night out as long as you don't go over and your active you'll be ok.
