Can I carry over a B section?

    I sometimes split a HEXB like 6 Wholegrain Crackerbreads but I always use them up the same day - it's not advisable to carry a HEXB over to another day.

    I'd agree with the above. I dare say once in a blue moon it wouldn't make too much difference, but I'd rather stick with the SW attitude that 'yesterday was yesterday, today is a fresh day', which allows us not to fret over indulgences, so I wouldn't carry over syns or HEs....equally, if you really want that butty, just you have it, and syn it.
