Hello,
I was on here last year and did Atkins for about 6 months, losing almost two stone and I felt great.
Somewhere along the line, and I still don't know why, I fell off the wagon and haven't really managed to get back on it since.
I have since tried slimming world and Dukan but neither has suited me and inevitably the weight has crept back on and I think I'm almost back to where I started.
Atkins is the only diet that has ever worked for me. I've come to the conclusion that my body just doesn't like carbs. I'm getting married in 6 months and I don't even want to think about walking down the aisle looking the way I do at the moment.
I was doing so well and I feel a total failure for falling off the Atkins wagon even though I know from experience it's the only thing that's ever worked for me.
I've stocked up on meat and I'm clearing out all my non atkins friendly stuff this week. I intend to make a start on monday - Think I'm going to need a lot of support though.
