Hi, I was wondering if I would be allowed to do the 810 diet rather than the ss even though I have loads to lose? I have tried lipotrim a few times and know that ss will not work for me. I need to be able to eat something even just a bit of chicken and green veg. Will a cdc allow me to just do the 810?

    Many thanks
    Debs

Its whatever plan is best suited to you, and the losses are still great on 810. Good luck.

    Hi debs,

I did LL for 4 weeks and was going demented. Every waking thought was about food.

I decided to change to CD 810 plan and it's the best thing i have done.

I am on my second week now and managed to lose 3lb in my first so it still works.

I still have about 5st to lose and amn't in a hurry so this is really suiting me and keeping me happy:D
