And Yeah you can alternate between what days you have in the week - It should not decrease you weight loss instead it should increase it because your body is getting all the different protiens and carbs needed
Hi Cheeser......Im always swapping between green, red, EE & seem to be having a slow but steady weight loss. I do shift work, so swap between days & nights & I find its better to have that variety or I might get a bit stuck otherwise
i swap between green & red mainly as not a big fan of veg,
really important to remember if you do extra easy is your plate must be 1/3 full of superfree foods otherwise this will slow ur weightloss down
