can i eat any brand of poridge for my extrah

hi im new to poridge but want sumthing that is going to fill me up n wondered if anyone could tell me how many grams it is to count as my heb and if i can buy any brand ie lidl,aldi etc

You can also have one sachet of the Aldi / Lidl Ready Brek porridge with one Ryvita as a HEB - I use the Ryvita Sunflower and crumb it and add it to the porridge - it's very tasty

Is the fruit i add not free. Its not cooked just chopped ontop. Most it gets is a bit warm. X

Putting your own fruit is fine. It's the ones with fruit already added that aren't.
