Can I eat veggies on TS? If so I am thoroughly excited

Ok, Starlight told me that she thinks I can eat veggies on TS (She may have saved me from defecting to the darker side aka S & S).
If I can eat veggies I would love to know what type, how many and how they should be cooked. I cannot believe I am smiling at the fact I may be ble to eat veggies, I thought some were carboriffic though.
Ahhhh the benefits of veggies, vitamins, minerals and fibre. PLEASE advise!
