Depends on what exercise. Focus on weight bearing/resistance rather than cardio. Just not enough fuel going in. Just take it easy for a while, then you can add a little more cardio if you wish, but don't expect it to make any difference with the scales.

Moderate cardio if you feel you can for health purposes, rather than to try to get better losses as it doesn't work like that.
