Morining all......
Ive been on Lippotrim for just over 3 weeks and lost an amazing 24lb, BUT i must admit the whole "shakes only" part has left me feeling quite deflated and down. So as of last night im back on Slimming world .Unfortunatly i cant weigh in untill next thursday night (my local club closed down , but we have a new one opening next week).
I hope to meet you all and share some great recipes with you, and you with me.

hope sw works for you. what is lipotrim? is it simlar to cambridge and lighterlife? i did cambridge for a few months and lost most of my weight with that. it is bloody hard work though!

Hi Jen.....Same principal as cambridge but with less variety ....
