Can i keep weight off when u start eating?

    People keep telling me once I start eating I will put all the weight on I've lost plus more. Anyone out there lost it and kept it off?

    Physically, if you follow the steps and then eat a normal healthy diet with exercise afterwards, then there is no reason that you should gain the weight back. It's the mental side that's the problem. The majority of us on here have been here before and thought wed cracked it, but just becuase we suceeded on CD didn't mean that we have resolved the issues that made us overweight in the first place. If you want to keep the weight off I suggest you really try to figure out the mental side of things. If you manage to, please let me know how :D
