Can I lose 2 stone by Xmas?

My goal is to get to 10 stone from 14 stone but want to lose at least 2 stone by Xmas. Can I do this and what kind of exercise will I need to do etc. thx

Hi Lynsey good luck with your weight loss journey. I'm doing a total food replacement diet and I'm like you would love to lose 10stone I've being doing this diet for 20 weeks and I have lost 7stone 3lbs up to now so I'm over half way. I believe anything is possible if you put your mind to it as for exercise I can't help you there as I've done none.

i meant 4 stone to lose to get to 10st goal sorry, im 14st at the minute. and thx :bighug:
