I used to do this ages ago and usually do extra easy but I had today:
Breakfast: 2 egg omellette with ham ( 2 syns for oil) banana, raspberries and melon (red)or extra easy
Lunch: chicken salad (red) or extra easy
Dinner : Sw chips quorn sausage and baked bean (green or extra easy but I didn't have enough superfree for it to be extra easy )
Plus I have had 1/2 hexb and 1 hexa
So I know usually what I have had could be an extra easy day but because I havent mixed red/green free food at meals I could also have it as a mix 2 max day - if I am still allowed just wondered if anyone does this as I could have another hexa/b!!! ( don't particularly need one though today)
Just wondering if others modify plans or go back to mix 2 max
