Hi Everyone,

Just wanted to say hi and as a quick question.

I haven't been to weightwatchers in a couple of years but rejoined last night after about 28 months of messing about on CD. Still got loads of weight to loose but will do it sensibly this time!

Does anyone know if I can use my old shopping and eating out guides or will I have to buy new ones? I don't want my points to go wrong. Also I've worked out that I can have 33 points a day - this sounds like loads. My old leader said that I should only have 22 but this was a few years back. Is 33 right? I'm 5'11 and have quite an unactive lifestyle and I'm 25. Thanks!

you could probs do without the new guides - there is a link to the online eating out guide on here that you could use for now which is pretty up to date! :)
