Yes you can have 2 A chouces and 2 B choices on Green. You need to measure them out right though and make sure you have the right type of thing.
- Milk depends what sort it is (full fat, skimmed, semi-skimmed, soy etc).
- Feta you get 50g now
- Bread is wholemeal only unless its something specifically listed. You get 60g
- Ryvita again depends exactly which variety it is - varies between 3 and 6 as a HEXB.
