can someone pl explain 810 for me?

    Is it 810 calories plus 2 shakes?

    have lost literature and do not see CDC often. what meals can i have with 810? many thanks

    250g plain cottage cheese (5% fat)
    325g reduced fat cottage cheese (less than 2% fat)
    175g chicken breast without skin/fat
    175g turkey breast without skin/fat
    275g white fish fillet et cod, haddock
    260g canned tuna in water
    190g fresh tuna steak
    275g quorn pieces/mince

    choose 3 tablespoons of below

    Green salad leaves such as rocket, lambs lettuce, watercress

    Celery, cucumber, or red radishes, courgettes or marrow such as pak choi or chinese cabbage

    Broccoli, cauliflower or any other cabbage even pickled

    Asparagus, fennel or celeriac

    Mushrooms....

    And according to another thread eggs and prawns now allowed, I so can't wait for 810. yummy eggs.
