Can someone PLEASE explain 1000 plan to me

Hi i am currently on the 810 with next week (mon/tues) probably upping to the 1000 plan.I have the book but I just dont understand the eating plan could someone please explain it to me so I can print it off and put on my fridge/and to go shopping.thanks

This is only from memory and I don't know if the plan has changed since they redid all the books- best ask your CDC for a new 1000 booklet.

2 CD meals
skimmed milk allowance
breakfast-shreaded wheat or poached egg on small slice grannary bread or fruit up to a certain kcal ammount (150kcal?)
evening meal of protein, green veg and some carbs

you really need proper weights/list of allowable fruit,veg etc.

Your CDC should have given you the booklet, and it is quite straightforward.

I find it straightforward except Im never clear if meat weights should be raw or cooked?
