Premade Starter Plan

This sounds extremely lazy 😩

I’m a mummy to a baby who hasn’t lost the 3st baby weight and after weight.
I’ve done SW before pregnancy and it worked well

however, I’m trying to start it again and then when things open up fully, find a class as none running in my area and can’t get 2 mins to look into preparing a weekly meal plan to start

Is there any sites which do pre-made mealguides to kickstart the plan.
While doing it before, I could easily sort my own meal plans but because I don’t have a class and currently running off the old books so I need a bit of direction.

strangely I do well If someone tells me “this is what you can eat” 🤪

I don’t know of any pre-made plans but you might want to have a look at some of the diaries on here from people who have followed SW. In some diaries members posted their food every day, so you could turn those into a meal plan.
Or you could buy a copy of SW magazine as that always has a 7 day plan in it to get you going - very often magazines like Bella or Best also have a 7 day plan.
