can someone please help me!!!!!

    right i have been on ss for 13 days with only 1 blip when i ate a packet of monster munch crisps last saturday, im going mad and i need some food in my mouth, so anyway what i wanted to know is say i ate 2 slices of bread with baked beans and a fried egg would that make me put on alot of weight or will it be like a 1lb or 2lb and then i'll start to lose it all again the next day im not sure how it works. obv i know i'll probely be out of ketosis but i can cope with that

    hun the best thing to do would be have ss+ meal like chicken or scambled egg that way you will not gain anything and remind in ketolis if you eat what you are suggesting you will find it harder to get back into ketolisis hun.
