can someone please work these syns out?

I am doing slimming world at home and wonder if someone could help me with the following syns?

Alpro Fruity and Creamy Yoghurts -

Per serving -

125kcal
3.9g protein
10.6g Carbs of which 9g sugars
6.5g fat of which 1.9g sats
1.0g of fibre.

1st 3 ingredients = Water, Cherries (10.5%), Hulled soya beans (7.8%)


Asda Chosen By You Lemon and Piri Piri Quarterpounders

Per 100g

194 kcal
5.6g proteins
23.3g carbs 4.5g sugars
7.2g fat 2.3g sats
6.6g fibre

1st 3 ingredients = red peppers, sweetcorn and green peppers


Tesco Simply Add........Mexican Chicken

per serving

275 kcal
24.3g protein
21.1g carb 16.1g sugars
10g fat 1.6g sats
5.9g fibre

1st 3 ingredients = onion, tomatoes and chicken

Anyone? I don't have access to the online syns calculator anymore and don't want to eat any of this until I know the syns.
 
For the yoghurts if they're the 110g ones I looked up:
6 1/2 syns on all plans.

For the quarter pounders for the whole 454g pack, it would be 36 syns, meaning they're about 9 syns each.

And for the chicken, it's about 44 syns for the whole pack on EE and original :/


That's taking into account the main ingredient for each.
 
Wow! So glad I checked first! I'm really shocked by all of those because the full ingredients list didn't seem too bad :(
 
Did asda stop doing the 1 syn vege burgers? I looked when I bought these monstrosities and couldn't care them.
