Can someone work out how many syns

In a ham sandwich on brown bread from asda? Also I want to use the bread as my hexb?

You won't be able to use the bread as your Healthy Extra as only wholemeal bread counts as a HEx, not brown.

As pre-packed sandwiches don't qualify for any free food allowance, you can work out the Syns using the formula 20 calories = 1 Syn. Unfortunately they are usually pretty high.
