Spring onions are the lowest in carbs... just count the shallots in yr daily carbs & you'll be fine. x

Cheers thanks :) , they were yum . Had them with burgers fried in butter a slice of bacon , a sprinkle of cheese and some turnip chips mmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm

3/4 cup cooked mashed turnip = 10 carbs (from the sticky on the top of the page)

I'd be more worried about the turnip than the shallots. I bet turnip chips are yummy though!

ETA: I just read your stats... wow! Just do whatever you've been doing, your losses are fantastic!

feck didnt realise the turnips were so carby , ooops . Ah well , they're worth it , and they are yummy lol .
